Football Recap: Dearborn Comes Up Short + How To Watch

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Dearborn and Fordson meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. The Pioneers had to suffer through a 56-20 loss at the hands of the Tractors. The Pioneers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tractors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

It was another big night for Dean Hammoud, who rushed for 214 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.6 yards per carry for Fordson. The Tractors also got a significant boost from Hassan Almayahi, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 94 yards.

Dearborn's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Fordson, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Dearborn didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-22 loss against Belleville on the 3rd. As for Fordson, they have also already played their next game, a 35-0 win against Stevenson on the 3rd.
