Basketball Recap: White Creek Christian Academy Comes Up Short

White Creek Christian Academy was the 71-55 winner over Covenant Christian Academy when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The White Creek Christian Academy Eagles were just a bucket shy of victory on Monday and fell 58-57 to the Covenant Christian Academy Rams.

Despite the loss, White Creek Christian Academy had strong showings from Maximus Whitmire, who posted ten points along with six rebounds and three steals, and Mycah Lewis, who earned 19 points. Those 19 points gave Lewis a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Luke Shook, who put up 13 points.

White Creek Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Covenant Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
