Baseball Recap: Wolcott RVT's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Wolcott RVT lost against Abbott RVT back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 7-6. The loss was the Wildcats' first of the season.

Wolcott RVT saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Damian Webb, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Webb has been hot recently, having posted at least one triple the last three times he's played. Colton Rogola was another, going 2-for-4 with two runs.

Having lost for the first time this season, Wolcott RVT fell to 3-1. As for Abbott RVT, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 3-1.

While Wolcott RVT had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
