Kuna lost to Capital back in May of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Kavemen walked away with a 7-4 win over the Golden Eagles.
Rylee Mangum spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on four hits and racked up nine Ks.
On the hitting side, Amber Harwood was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one triple and one run. That triple marked the first that she hit this season.
Kuna's victory bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Capital, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
