Robinson won the last time they faced Mexia and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Robinson Rockets came out on top against the Mexia Black Cats by a score of 3-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Rockets as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Robinson's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Mexia, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Robinson didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, an 8-0 win against Harmony Science Academy on the 28th. As for Mexia, they will challenge Marlin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mexia will be up against Marlin's rather soft defense (which has allowed three goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
