On Tuesday, Jefferson earned a 2-0 win over White County.
Jefferson didn't let White County take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 29-27, 29-27.
Meanwhile, East Hall didn't have quite enough to beat Rabun County last Tuesday and fell 2-1.
In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, East Hall sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 24-26, 15-12.
Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 24-4. As for East Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-22.
