Volleyball Recap: South Summit Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

South Summit's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs 3-0. The matchup marked the Wildcats' most dominant victory of the season.

While South Summit might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Gunnison Valley scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24, 25-19.

South Summit's win ended a seven-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-15. As for Gunnison Valley, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

South Summit didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Parowan on the 26th. As for Gunnison Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against North Sevier on the 30th.
