Soccer Recap: Hardin-Jefferson Takes a Loss

After flying high against Veritas Classical Academy last Friday, Hardin-Jefferson came back down to earth. The Hardin-Jefferson Hawks fell just short of the Bob Hope Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Hardin-Jefferson's goal came courtesy of Jonathan Rodriguez, who's now up to three this season.

Hardin-Jefferson now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Bob Hope, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Hardin-Jefferson didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 defeat against Porter on the 16th. Bob Hope has also already played their next game (against Harmony School of Innovation), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
