Basketball Recap: Pleasant View Christian Skates Past Hartville Christian with Ease

Pleasant View Christian was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Hartville Christian on Friday. The Pleasant View Christian Bulldogs blew past Hartville Christian, posting a 44-10 victory. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Hartville Christian, too.

Pleasant View Christian was led to victory by Shane Stoll and Landon Wagler. Stoll went 6 for 9 en route to 16 points and four steals, while Wagler posted 12 points along with eight boards and five assists. That's the most rebounds Wagler has posted since back in February of 2024. Trenton Graber was another key player, putting up eight points and five boards.

Pleasant View Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Pleasant View Christian now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Hartville Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Pleasant View Christian has already played their next contest, a 45-35 win against Varsity Opponent on the 18th. Hartville Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
