Football Recap: Ledford Panthers vs. Glenn Bobcats
Ledford kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 27-6 to the Glenn Bobcats. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bobcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.
Joel Hayes was nothing short of spectacular for Glenn: he rushed for 97 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries. Another rusher making a difference was Craig Mcgee, who rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ledford will venture away from home to challenge West Davidson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Glenn, they will head out on the road to take on Ragsdale at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
