Soccer Recap: Hardaway Comes Up Short

Hardaway's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 5-1 to the Shaw Raiders. Hardaway haven't had much luck with Shaw recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Hardaway's goal came courtesy of Makenna Phelps, who's now up to four this season.

Hardaway now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Shaw, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hardaway will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sumter County at 6:00 p.m. on April 10. As for Shaw, they will head out to square off against Brookstone at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
