Central waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Opelika Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. Considering Central have won five games by more than three goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Opelika with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Coco Meachum (2), Avery Longerbeam (2), and Addyson Gessner.

Central's win bumped their record up to 6-9-1. As for Opelika, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central will challenge Smiths Station at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Opelika, they will face off against Eufaula at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
