             Scottsdale Christian Academy is 4-0 against Valley Lutheran since November of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday.  Meanwhile, Valley Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight  loss  dating back to last season. They were  outmatched by Shadow Mountain at home  and fell  35-6.
 Valley Lutheran's  defeat came about despite a quality game from  Chase Weber, who picked up 94 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Scottsdale Christian Academy now  has a losing record at 3-4. As for Valley Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.
 Everything came up roses for Scottsdale Christian Academy against Valley Lutheran in their previous matchup  back in October of 2023, as the  team secured  a  72-7 win.
