Softball Recap: Fort Mill Yellow Jackets vs. Blythewood Bengals

Fort Mill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They wound up on the wrong side of a tough 19-3 walloping at the hands of the Blythewood Bengals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Fort Mill of the 13-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture on March 12th.

Vicki Lott and Emily Poteat did some serious damage despite the final result: Lott went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI, while Poteat went 2-for-2 with three stolen bases and a double. Another player making a difference was Brooke Roserio, who scored a run and stole two bases.
