Carrollton is 6-1 against Salem since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Warriors will look to defend their home field against the Quakers at 5:00 p.m. Carrollton has given up an average of 8.2 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Saturday just wasn't the day for Carrollton's offense. They came up short against New Philadelphia on Saturday, falling 12-0. The Warriors have struggled against the Quakers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Salem had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They came out on top against the Indians by a score of 8-5.

Salem pushed their record up to 5-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Carrollton, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Carrollton was able to grind out a solid victory over Salem in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 8-3. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Quakers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
