Valley Regional won the last time they faced Cromwell and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Warriors blew past the Panthers 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 25-10.

Nia Marchese paced Valley Regional's offense, picking up 11 kills. Marchese got some help from Kellyn Kolber and her 17 assists. Kolber was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Valley Regional's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Cromwell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Valley Regional wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Morgan on the 19th. As for Cromwell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against North Branford on the 19th.
