Mira Monte found a leader in Nathan Gonzales as the team took down Granite Hills on Friday. The Grizzlies had no answer to Gonzales as he rushed for 175 yards while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Gonzales' rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 12th straight game with at least 119 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Gonzales and Mira Monte will head out to face off against Kern Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Gonzales up against the Broncs' star running back Carson Parks. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
