Rockland has gone 6-1 against Murtaugh recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Bulldogs will challenge the Red Devils at 7:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Rockland came up short against Raft River and fell 49-36. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Despite their loss, Rockland saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Trin Wiese, who posted 11 points and eight boards, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Mahana Hatch, who put up nine points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, Murtaugh gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They skirted past Wendell 35-32. The victory continues a trend for the Red Devils in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won five in a row.

Rockland strolled past Murtaugh in their previous meeting back in November of 2024 by a score of 49-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
