Volleyball Recap: McEachern Find Success

McEachern lost to South Paulding back in August of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Indians had just enough and edged out the Spartans 2-1.

McEachern had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-18, 15-8.

McEachern's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for South Paulding, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.

McEachern will take on Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. As for South Paulding, they will be taking part in a tournament against Providence Christian Academy at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
