Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Canton). They took their match on Monday with ease, bagging an 89-34 victory over the Lyman Memorial Bulldogs. The Warriors have beaten the Bulldogs the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bulldogs has come to flipping the script.

Despite the loss, Lyman Memorial still got an impressive performance from Kevin Botticello, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 13 boards. Botticello's evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. Theo Taylor was another key player, putting up eight points and seven rebounds.

Canton pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.6 points over those games. As for Lyman Memorial, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Looking ahead, Canton will take on East Hampton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lyman Memorial, they will square off against Ellis RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
