Mountain View came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the North Stafford Wolverines 12-1. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Mountain View's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for North Stafford, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.
