Brighton has gone 8-1 against Highland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bengals will face off against the Rams at 3:30 p.m. Brighton has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 27.

On Thursday, Brighton came up short against Hillcrest and fell 12-8.

Audrey Fleckenstein made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Peyten Bowers, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI.

Woods Cross hit Highland with a five-run third inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Rams lost 10-0 to the Wildcats. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Brighton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Highland, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Brighton took their victory against Highland in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 16-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bengals since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
