Soccer Recap: Killian Takes a Loss

The matchup between Killian and Varela on Thursday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Cougars lost 8-0 to the Vipers. Killian just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Killian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Varela, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Killian will head out on the road to take on Southridge at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Varela, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Miami Beach at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
