New Lexington had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt John Glenn on Thursday. The Panthers blew past the Little Muskies 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Little Muskies: they've now won five in a row.

New Lexington was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20, 25-11.

Chloe Dick paced New Lexington's offense, picking up 14 kills. Dick got some help from Jorja Burkhart and her 24 assists. Caroline Dupler controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

New Lexington's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for John Glenn, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
