Berryhill had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Locust Grove Pirates by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Chiefs: when they faced off against the Pirates on Thursday, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Berryhill's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Locust Grove, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Berryhill and Wesleyan Christian will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Locust Grove, they will be playing at home against Westville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
