Baseball Recap: C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons vs. East Wake Warriors

C.B. Aycock won the last time they faced East Wake and things went their way on Monday too. The Golden Falcons skirted past the Warriors 4-3.

Jones Winters made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
