On Saturday, Orono faced Presque Isle in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Orono Riots came out on top against the Presque Isle Wildcats by a score of 45-34. Winning may never get old, but the Riots sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Orono's record is now 9-5. As for Presque Isle, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-6.

Orono will head out on the road to square off against Greater Houlton Christian Academy at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Presque Isle, they will take on Bucksport at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. Presque Isle is facing Bucksport at the right time seeing as Bucksport is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
