Basketball Recap: Valley Head Comes Up Short

Valley Head was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt a 66-23 loss at the hands of the Woodville Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-27 last Tuesday.

Valley Head's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Woodville, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12.

Valley Head will welcome Ider at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Ider has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Woodville, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Woodville Panthers face off against the Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
