Basketball Game Preview: Millville Thunderbolts vs. Burlington Township Falcons

The Millville Thunderbolts and the Burlington Township Falcons will round out the year against one another at at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Millville is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

Last Monday, Millville lost to Atlantic County Institute of Tech on the road by a 49-34 margin.

Meanwhile, Burlington Township suffered their closest defeat since December 28, 2023 on Monday. They fell just short of Irvington by a score of 69-67. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (55), the Falcons still had to take the loss.

Millville will have to contain Baron Davis as he made an impact in Burlington Township's last game. He dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 boards. Those 12 rebounds gave Davis a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Larbie, who posted 13 points and five rebounds.

Millville's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Burlington Township, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
