Baseball Recap: Middlesex Takes a Loss

Middlesex fell victim to Noble & Greenough and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 1-0. The defeat continues a trend for Middlesex in their meetings with Noble & Greenough: they've now lost five in a row.

Middlesex now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Noble & Greenough, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Middlesex will square off against rival Roxbury Latin at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Noble & Greenough is set to face off against their familiar foe Rivers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
