Preview: Valley vs. Eufaula
After two games on the road, Valley is heading back home. They will take on the Eufaula Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Valley will be strutting in after a win while Eufaula will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Thursday, Valley was able to grind out a solid victory over Booker T. Washington, taking the game 3-1. The win was just what Valley needed coming off of an 8-0 loss in their prior matchup.
They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of

Jennifer Montero, who scored all three of Valley's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 15 so far this season.
Meanwhile, Eufaula was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. Their rough 10-0 loss to Carroll might stick with them for a while. While losing is never fun, Eufaula can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 149th, while Carroll is ranked 50th).
The victory got Valley back to even at 3-3. As for Eufaula, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-2.
