If Paradise was riding high fresh off their 71-19 takedown of Valley View last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Paradise Panthers took a 68-54 bruising from the Gunter Tigers on Friday. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Paradise's defeat ended a 12-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 14-5. As for Gunter, their victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-3.

Paradise and Sunnyvale will round out the year against one another at at 8:30 a.m. on Friday. As for Gunter, they will face off against Petrolia at 2:20 p.m. on Thursday.
