Volleyball Recap: St. Charles Wins Going Away Against Briggs

St. Charles had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Briggs Bruins on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cardinals.

St. Charles' victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Briggs, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 14-10 record.

Coming up, St. Charles will square off against St. Francis DeSales at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Stallions will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Cardinals surely won't give up without a fight. Briggs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
