Volleyball Game Preview: Bloomfield Cardinals vs. Eastern Greene Thunderbirds

The Bloomfield Cardinals will challenge the Eastern Greene Thunderbirds at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bloomfield has now lost ten straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 2nd.

On Monday, Bloomfield came up short against Northeast Dubois and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Eastern Greene also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to South Knox by a score of 3-1. The Thunderbirds haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Eastern Greene started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-10, 25-12, 25-15.

Bloomfield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Eastern Greene, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12.
