Baseball Recap: Martinsville Artesians vs. Whiteland Warriors
Martinsville extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to ten on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 0-9 in the process. They fell 5-2 to the Whiteland Warriors. If the Artesians were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to the Warriors when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Martinsville got a good showing from Isaac Gillum, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
