Basketball Recap: Seven Rivers Christian Takes Down St. John Lutheran in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Seven Rivers Christian rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They breezed by the St. John Lutheran Saints to the tune of 67-23. That looming 67-23 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warriors yet this season.

Seven Rivers Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Michael Johnston led the charge by going 7 for 10 to rack up 17 points and six steals. Johnston's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Anthony Nott, who posted 12 points in addition to six assists and six steals.
