Flag Football Recap: Health Sciences Takes a Loss

Health Sciences lost against O'Farrell Charter back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Serpents took a blow against the Falcons, falling 52-6. The Serpents have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

O'Farrell Charter found their leader in sophomore Leshawna Stephens, who made three total tackles and snagged four interceptionstwo of which were returned for touchdowns.

Health Sciences' defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for O'Farrell Charter, they pushed their record up to 16-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Health Sciences will face off against rival Preuss UCSD at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, O'Farrell Charter is set to take on their familiar foe Chula Vista Learning Community Charter at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
