If Badger wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Western Reserve, they should've done a better job of containing Angela Desanto. The Blue Devils blew past the Braves 3-0 on Thursday for which the team can thank Desanto, who had 21 digs and one assist. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 12 times she's played.

Western Reserve never let Badger on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-23, 25-18.

Despite the loss, Badger still got an impressive performance from Kyleigh Hall, who had nine digs and three aces.

Western Reserve is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-11 record this season. As for Badger, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-10.

Looking ahead, Western Reserve will take on Heartland Christian in a tournament on Tuesday. Badger does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
