Joel Diaz was huge no matter where he played even without the win. On the mound, he struck out ten batters over four innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Diaz was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. He has been hot for a while, having posted at least one stolen base the last ten times he's played.

In other batting news, Damian Agudo was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI.
