Miami Christian entered their tilt with American on Thursday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 9-5 victory over the American Patriots.

Miami Christian's win was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Renata Silvas, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Miami Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .367 or higher in four consecutive contests.
