Soccer Game Preview: Freeman vs. Sealy

The Freeman Golden Eagles will square off against the Sealy Tigers at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Freeman is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Harmony School of Innovation just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Sealy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Tigers who were credited with the victory.

Sealy's win bumped their record up to 5-7-1. As for Freeman, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-5.

Freeman might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Sealy when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can the Golden Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
