After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Benjamin, Northside was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They skirted past the Crowell Wildcats 41-38. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Wildcats back in January, they had to take a 40-37 loss.

Northside's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Adam Matthews led the charge by going 6 of 10 on his way to 12 points along with five boards and three blocks. That's the most points Matthews has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Colt Ford, who had 13 points.

Northside has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-17 record this season. As for Crowell, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-16.

Looking ahead, Northside will head out to square off against Munday at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Munday will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something Northside surely won't give up without a fight. Crowell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
