Basketball Recap: Hazen Comes Up Short

Hazen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 69-43 to the Beulah Miners. The Bison lost against the Miners in their previous head to head back in February of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 64-61 score last time.

Hazen's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Beulah, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.

While Hazen had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
