Basketball Recap: Clements Comes Up Short

Clements was the 61-35 winner over Lexington when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Clements Colts opened the new year with a less-than-successful 54-46 loss to the Lexington Golden Bears. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clements now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Lexington, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-5 record.

Clements will challenge Rogers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Clements is facing Rogers at the right time seeing as Rogers is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Lexington, they and Sulligent will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
