Softball Recap: Eastern Greene Thunderbirds vs. South Knox Spartans

Eastern Greene extended their losing streak to eight on Friday, dropping them down to 2-13. They came up short against the South Knox Spartans, falling 21-3. If the Thunderbirds were looking for revenge after losing 7-1 to the Spartans when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Eastern Greene has already played their next contest (against Eminence), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for South Knox, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 10-0 loss against Barr-Reeve on the 21st.
