Softball Recap: Marianna Bulldogs vs. Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks        
        
		
            
 Marianna put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season  on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks as the Marianna Bulldogs made off with  a  12-1 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Marianna.
  Kennedy Temples made a splash no matter where she played. She  struck out ten batters over  seven innings while giving up just one earned run off   seven  hits. Temples has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings every time she's  pitched this season. Temples was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Jadyn Riano was  incredible,  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Addison Giles, who  went 2-for-2 with a  home run and three  RBI.
 Marianna pushed their record up to 13-7 with that  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Port St. Joe, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost seven of their last nine games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record  this season.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marianna will take on Cottondale at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average, (Marianna: 3, Cottondale: 3.7) so any  runs scored will be well earned. As for Port St. Joe, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Florida State University High School at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Florida State University High School is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.2  runs per game  this season.
