Hernando is 10-0 against Central since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Hernando Leopards will head out to square off against the Central Bears at 7:30 p.m. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Hernando and 11 for Central.

Hernando fell victim to Citrus and their airtight defense on Monday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Hurricanes an easy 6-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Central also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Weeki Wachee on Saturday, falling 8-0. That's two games in a row now that the Bears have lost by exactly eight goals.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Hernando, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-1.

Everything went Hernando's way against Central when the teams last played back in November, as Hernando made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hernando since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
