Baseball Game Preview: Florence Buffaloes vs. Brady Bulldogs

Florence hasn't had much luck against Brady recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Buffaloes are taking a road trip to square off against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Florence is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Thursday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 3-0 to Ingram Moore, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Florence saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cody Carlson, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Brady came up short against Llano on Thursday and fell 11-8. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Yellowjackets recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Florence's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14-1. As for Brady, their loss dropped their record down to 4-17-2.

Florence couldn't quite get it done against Brady when the teams last played back in April of 2024 as they fell 6-3. Can the Buffaloes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
