Rockvale and Blackman are an even 3-3-3 against one another since March of 2021, but likely not for long. Rockvale will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Blackman at 6:30 p.m. Rockvale will be strutting in after a win while Blackman will be coming in after a loss.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Rockvale and Riverdale had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Rockvale walked away with a 3-1 victory over Riverdale on Friday. Rockvale hasn't had any issues with Riverdale recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Barrington Tate and Rafael Albuquerque scored all three of Rockvale's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Blackman fell victim to Mount Juliet and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Golden Bears by a score of 1-0. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Blackman came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 45th, while Mount Juliet are ranked 174th).

Rockvale's victory bumped their record up to 8-3-1. As for Blackman, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3.

Rockvale came out on top in a nail-biter against Blackman in their previous meeting back in March, sneaking past 2-1. Does Rockvale have another victory up their sleeve, or will Blackman turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
