They never let the Memphis East Mustangs get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Wednesday. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by ten runs or more this season.

Demarcus Covington made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Covington was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, White Station let Hayes Bennett and Cooper Walter run wild. Bennett scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-1, while Walter scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
